The pure taste of cocoa beans from Madagascar, from the Ambaja region in the northwest of the island. A pure cocoa mass bar for a dark chocolate, with no added sugars or cocoa butter, in which strength and naturally tangy red fruit aromas blend together.
The cocoa trees of Ambaja grow in the middle of a natural tropical and humid forest, on volcanic soil and under a very particular microclimate, which gives it its very particular aromatic richness: very little bitterness on the palate and a sweet base.
