Five iconic candies, carefully chosen from recipes that have marked the history of the chocolate factory, are back in the spotlight in a simple and authentic setting.

- The Japanese: Caracas ganache enhanced with a fruity note of passion fruit paste, coated in a subtle blend of 32% white chocolate and 63% dark chocolate.
- Rum Raisin: A treasure of ganache with raisins macerated in agricultural rum, coated in 63% dark chocolate.
- The Pistachio Tree: A smooth marriage of almond paste and pistachio, coated in 63% dark chocolate.
- Griotte: Griotte cherries infused with Brandy, coated in a thin shell of 39% milk chocolate.
- The Three Hazelnut Brothers: Three finely roasted hazelnuts, coated in 63% dark chocolate.
