Located in Mayan territory, the cocoa beans that make up this chocolate are produced in small quantities and follow an exemplary fermentation process that allows the development of unique aromas in a 75% cocoa bar with a unique sensory identity.
With its plantations in the Cayo region, in western Belize amidst preserved flora and fauna, the Maya Mountain cooperative is also recognized for its exemplary traceability practices and its positive impact on local communities.

At the start of the palate, you will find a bold attack, which blends delicately with the sweetness of the spices and notes of ripe fruit and licorice, finishing with a slight vegetal bitterness.
