Le goût pur des fèves de cacao venues de Madagascar, de la région d'Ambaja, dans le Nord Ouest de l'île. Une tablette pure pâte de cacao pour un chocolat noir, sans sucres ajoutés ni beurre de cacao, dans laquelle se mélangent puissance et arômes naturellement acidulés de fruits rouges.
Les cacaoyers d’Ambaja poussent au milieu d’une forêt naturelle tropicale et humide, sur un sol volcanique et sous un microclimat très particulier, ce qui lui confère sa richesse aromatique si particulière : très peu d’amertume au palais et fond sucré.

Retrouvez les saveurs typiques d’un chocolat noir avec des notes aromatiques de noix de cajou et de miel.
