A 65% dark chocolate, made with beans from Madagascar, lightly sweetened, paired with exceptional coffee from indigenous Arabica coffee trees that have grown since the early 20th century on the volcanic highlands of western Madagascar. The cocoa beans come from the Sambirano region, world-renowned for its fine and fruity cocoas. Roasted coffee and cocoa notes emerge from its intensity, while the tasting finishes with a subtle acidity on the palate.

Specificity: The cocoa beans are roasted with the coffee beans, which gives the coffee a strong and sweet taste and a very good balance between the two.
