Pièce emblématique de la collection de Noël, la Montgolfière est entièrement réalisée en chocolat au lait 39 % et noir 63 %. Cette création spectaculaire semble s’élever dans un ciel parsemé d’étoiles et de douceurs.

Sa nacelle abrite un praliné fondant accompagné de quatre fritures de Noël fourrées, tandis que le ballon renferme de délicieuses amandes caramélisées enrobées de chocolat au lait, nos fameuses amandes suprêmes. La structure reliant la nacelle au ballon est façonnée en praliné noisette à l’ancienne et repose sur un socle également doublé de praliné noisette à l’ancienne.

Une composition féérique de 550 g de chocolat, symbole de notre savoir-faire artisanal.

Our oranges are all Sicilian, it's a real bath in the sun that we love to offer to our delicacies.

The famous pistachios from Iran are recognized worldwide for their intense taste and their deep green which wonderfully decorates our chocolates.

For our most indulgent bites, we prefer sweet almonds without bitterness like Spanish Valencia almonds.

Maison Genaveh is recognized for its artisanal know-how inspired by Franco-Belgian trends.
