Le cacao est fermenté pendant 6 jours sur des feuilles de bananier.
Il donne un chocolat parfumé grâce également à l'échange de pollen des plantes sauvages d'orange, de mangue, de café sauvage et de cardamome, au milieu desquelles il est cultivé.

Le lait en poudre provient lui de France, pour un chocolat au lait traditionnel et onctueux.

Des notes primaires de cacao, de bois et d'épices se dégagent de cette tablette à faible amertume, acidité et astringence.
