Un chocolat noir 65% de cacao, aux fèves d’origine Madagascar, légèrement sucré, associé à un café d’exception issu des caféiers arabica indigènes qui poussent depuis le début du XXème siècle sur les hauts plateaux volcaniques de l’Ouest de Madagascar. Les fèves de cacao sont issues de la région du Sambirano, mondialement réputée pour ses cacaos fins et fruités. Les notes de café grillées et de cacao s'exhalent de sa puissance tandis que la dégustation se termine sur une légère acidité en fin de bouche.

Spécificité : Les fèves de cacao sont torréfiées avec les grains de café, ce qui donne un goût aussi prononcé et doux au café et un très bon équilibre entre les deux.
